ORDER FOR ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION 
 

    The Court having reviewed the pleadings in this matter, the Court finds that said case is appropriate for Alternative Dispute Resolution, ("ADR"). The parties are hereby ordered to attend, along with the neutral chosen by the parties from the list of registered neutrals, the ADR session for this action. The date, time and place shall be scheduled by the selected registered neutral. Should a party not have the authority to settle, someone with full authority to settle on behalf of that party must attend the ADR session along with the party. Attorneys for all parties are not required to attend ADR sessions.
    While compliance with this Order does not require settlement, the parties are directed to cooperate with the selected neutral in making a sincere effort to reach a settlement which will resolve any and all contested issues pending in this case.
